L'immobiliare.com, the brand of the GRIMALDI family, has presented itself with a new, versatile and elegant look since 2011; founded in 1965 and established itself as a leader in the national real estate market, today as then, thanks to its solid traditions and deep roots, it creates the first "Circuit" of Real Estate Agents: prestigious professionals, who identify themselves under a single effigy. The agency (EUROSPAZIO DI ADELE ANNA PARISI) has been open since 1995 and carries out mediation activities for the sale and rental of properties for both residential and commercial use in Turin and its province as well as tourism on the Western Ligurian Coast. The seriousness, competence and thirty-year experience of those who work within the structure have allowed us to retain more and more customers, who with their satisfaction attest to the quality of the service offered.

> We have the pleasure of hosting in this interview our colleague Adele Anna Parisi, a Real Estate Agent with over 30 years of experience who operates with our brand in the city of Turin.

> Mrs Parisi, you have great experience in the real estate sector in Turin. How did the idea of starting the real estate agent business come about?
I would say that it all started almost by chance. A health problem led me to change my job and since the family was already dealing with real estate, so, with a bit of recklessness but with a lot of enthusiasm, I began the adventure that has now lasted for more than 30 years.

> How has the structure of your Agency and your activity as a Real Estate Agent evolved over the years?
There have been some changes over the years... for a while I also dealt with renovations, but then family and life led me to concentrate my activity on sales and rentals. Over the years we have managed to overcome the various crises in the sector, always with great determination and some sacrifice, helped by the great passion I have for this profession. In the 2000s (through friends/colleagues) I got to know the brand and the members of the Grimaldi family. A working relationship of respect was established with them immediately and continues to this day. I then moved from Grimaldi to what is now the L'immobiliare.com network, which has always maintained the same values of seriousness and competence.

> Today there is a lot of talk about MLS and collaboration between Real Estate Agencies. Have you had positive experiences regarding collaborations outside the city of Turin?
I really believe in collaboration and in the use of the MLS system. For example, in the past year, with colleagues from Campania, Sardinia and Piedmont we completed 5 sales in collaboration. I think that in moments like those we have experienced in the last decade the motto "unity is strength" represents well the spirit with which to face a difficult and increasingly demanding market.

> How do you see the real estate market in the city of Turin in perspective?
The market has changed, as has the social fabric of the city. The crisis that we are struggling to leave behind has meant that housing choices have changed. Some areas of our beautiful city have lost their attractiveness, either because they are less central and convenient to services, or because they have become areas that are not "well looked after" by our municipal administration. The University areas are developing well (increased and grown) with a lively rental market. The city center and the entire area adjacent to the Po are increasingly in demand, where the market shows a demand for both the purchase and rental of medium/small housing types. Maybe it will take a little more time but... little by little (Piedmontese style) the recovery arrives...
